This step confirms the global trend towards formalising AI education and recognising the technology as a critically important component of modern engineering and the economy.
My take: For business this is a clear signal that the labour market will soon demand from specialists not just basic skills with ready-made chatbots, but a deep understanding of model architecture and ways to optimise it. Developers should prepare for "AI literacy" to become a standard requirement, similar to knowing programming languages or working with databases. Within projects under the HUMANiKRON brand I plan to emphasise building complex systems where AI is integrated as part of the product core, not just as an external tool. For me it is a challenge to study the mathematical basis of neural networks more deeply and the methods of custom model training for specific niches. This will let us build solutions based on the fundamental principles of how algorithms work, giving clients stability and efficiency over the long term, instead of simply using trendy API wrappers.
