My take: For developers and business this signals that the market will demand from specialists a deeper understanding of model architecture, data ethics and optimisation methods, not just the ability to call ready-made APIs. We are moving from a stage of general fascination with the technology to a stage of professional expertise, where understanding the inner workings of algorithms is critical for building stable and safe products. In my own practice I see this as confirmation that clients need to be offered not just "magic buttons" but integrated systems with clearly defined performance parameters. For developers it means focusing on complex tasks such as RAG, fine-tuning and building one's own data pipelines, in order to create unique competitive advantages rather than copying off-the-shelf solutions. We must build an architecture where AI is a predictable component of the business process.
